Irrigation System Installation

What does this mean?  Irrigreen has completely changed the way irrigation is done.  It can be installed faster than a traditional irrigation system,  It uses less pipe and wire which means there is less disruption to your lawn.  And it uses almost half the water of a traditional system. 

Each system is custom designed for your yard's  individual needs.  Most of the system will be designed using the Irrigreen system.  For areas that are too small for the Irrigreen system a traditional zone will be added using high efficiency heads.  These Hybrid systems give you the best coverage possible while saving time and money!

The First step is to have a free estimate done.  I can usually pull up a property online and get a rough estimate of the cost and get back to you within a couple of hours.  If it falls into what you were expecting we can set up a home visit.  During the home visit I ensure that we have proper pressure and flow to support the irrigation design.  We can also decide on things like micro irrigation, drip line, and locations for plumbing and the controller.  From there I will get everything written up and email you a full estimate.  

Once you have your estimate I can give you an approximate date for the installation.  Installation dates are weather dependent , and first come first served.  If you approve the estimate there is a 50% deposit required with the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation.  Once I have that you will be put on the installation list.

Before your installation can begin you will have to have a Backflow Preventer installed by a licensed plumber if not already done.  This is an additional cost, and you can use the plumber of your choice, or if you are handy be done yourself.

Prior to the start of the installation I will have the public utilities marked.  This ensures that I can safely install the system without damaging things like gas lines, electric lines, TV and internet.  I will remove the flags they put out when completed.  During the installation I use a vibratory plow to install the pipe and wire conduit.  It cuts a line into the turf, and pulls the pipes underground so there will be minimal damage to the lawn.  This is pretty loud, so if any in your household are sensitive to loud noises please plan accordingly.  This part only takes a few hours in most cases.  

For the most part a full installation should only take a couple of days.  I clean up as best as possible, but occasionally there will be some spots where grass seed is needed.  This can be done either by you, or me for an additional charge.

Once the system is completed you can have a little piece of mind knowing your system is covered.  All of my systems have a one year warranty on labor,  And a two year warranty on all parts.  An additional 3 year extended warranty can be added to cover parts.
